PLEVIN CLAIM
“Plevin” is a Supreme Court judgment which many consumers don’t know about, but it’s one of the most controversial parts of the PPI “scandal”.
It’s a little-known fact that the cost of PPI was rarely presented properly and many consumers don’t realise they can still get access to money they’re rightfully owed.
That’s where we come in.

FAQ’S
How does it work?
- Get in touch with us via our online contact form, or call us on 01270 769481 or speak to one of our team directly.
- If you decide to instruct us, we’ll conduct some checks with the businesses you tell us about to see if you have a potential Plevin PPI Claim.
- If you do, we’ll pass your claim to one of our Legal Partners who will proceed with the claim on your behalf. The Legal Partner will then take action, which may mean making a claim in the courts against the business concerned, and they will charge a fee of up to 50% (including VAT) if your claim is successful.
What is a Legal Partner?
A Legal Partner is a law firm we’ve partnered with to handle claims like this. It’s their role to provide advice about your Plevin PPI Claim and represent you as your solicitor(s). But don’t worry, the Legal Partner won’t use jargon to communicate information about your claim and you will always be kept up to date with its progress.
Why would my claim be passed to a Legal Partner?
The PPI deadline barred any new complaints from being made about it. However, it is still possible to take action in the courts. We would therefore need to refer your case to a law firm in order for it to be dealt with. Our role lies in assessing your initial prospects of success.
Do I need to pay you anything?
*You don’t pay us anything for the work we complete toward checking the viability of your Plevin PPI Claim. The Legal Partner will pay us a commission of up to 50% of their fees if they are successful in recovering anything for you.
*Fees may be payable if you cancel outside of the cooling off period at a rate of £80+VAT for each hour spent working on your file and £10+VAT for each individual piece of correspondence. Our Legal Partners may also charge a fee if you cancel your claim once it is referred to them.
Claims we can help with
Vehicle Finance
Vehicle finance claims frequently concern issues such as mis-selling or undisclosed commission. These claims may arise if crucial terms, fees, or incentives have not been fully and clearly disclosed, potentially resulting in unfair costs or unsuitable contractual arrangements.
Pay Day Loan claim
Pay-day Loans are controversial, and for good reason. They are expensive, and, in our honest opinion, far too accessible for vulnerable consumers. That is why we help claim compensation for money which was lent where a consumer could never afford to repay it in the first place.
Packaged Bank Account claim
Packaged Bank Accounts are not always the product they promise to be. In fact, they present an idea of being the solution to problems you may never have and even if you did have them, they may not give you the peace of mind you really wanted or needed.
Investment claim
Investment are great for putting money to work. But they come with risk and sometimes, consumers invested money with businesses who didn’t take the right steps to explain or understand how a consumer wanted their money to be used. In some case, this resulted in huge losses and that simply
